When will I be charged?

• Your first subscription will be charged on the date of purchase, then you will be charged on the 1st of each month.

When will my items be shipped?

• With your first subscription, as soon as possible after ordering. Subsequent boxes will be shipped on the first of each month.

How long is the commitment?

• You can cancel after the 3rd subscription box - or 2 months after your 1st subscription box. You can then cancel, skip or pause anytime after that.
  

What are your excepted payment methods? 

• All major credit cards and visa debits including Visa and Mastercard. Express checkout options such as Google Pay and Apply Pay are also available. 

Where do you ship?

• Currently we ship within Canada.

How long does it take to ship my order?

• It depends on the item(s) you have ordered.
• Subscription Boxes are as scheduled.
• Ready Made Signs - are anywhere from 2 - 4 weeks.
• Custom Orders are 4 - 6 weeks.

How do you price your postage? 

• We use Canada Post.

Can I change my order?

• Once you have placed your order, no changes can be made. Please check over your order carefully before submitting.

How long does it take to process a order? 

• Subscription boxes are shipped on the first of the month. All other orders are as soon as possible. You will be contacted once it has shipped.
  

Do you accept returns?

• If you have received a damaged order, or have pieces missing, please contact us immediately, with photos to info@rusticandrefined.ca
• We do not accept returns or exchanges.
